Elizabeth Koki
Elizabeth Koki, the firm’s founder, established the company in 2016 with the simple objective of enhancing workplace employment practices. The company was a modest start-up at the time, offering general HR advice to employees and, in some circumstances, employers. Through conducting Legal Trainings, HR management and assistance, and general employment legal advice, the company has grown to become a leading firm in delivering best labor practices to organizations.
Mrs. Koki was the company’s pacesetter, leading by example and exemplifying the five fundamental values of Koki & Associates. She emphasized service quality, commitment, best labor practices, precision, and fiscal responsibility, while emphasizing process precision, efficiency, and effectiveness. Despite her firm coaching philosophy, she handled her employees with fairness and benevolence.
She was committed to delivering proactive counsel to her clients in order to reduce workplace law issues, increase employee engagement, and improve bottom-line performance. She was generally regarded as a thought leader in assisting businesses in implementing creative methods to manage risk or liability arising from the employment relationship.
